Successful UKAS Recertification of Quality, Environmental and Highway Sector Scheme Awards
In September we were successfully re audited (with no non-conformances) and subsequently re awarded the following accreditations through ISOQAR
BS EN ISO 9001:2008 – Quality Management
BS EN ISO 14001:2004 – Environmental Management
National Highway Sector Scheme 18 – The Natural Environment and Landscape Including Ecology

Successful Recertification of Health & Safety Awards
This month our health & safety management system was successfully re-audited by two independent bodies; CHAS and SAFEcontractor who both awarded us continued certification.
“Thank you for your application for CHAS renewal. I have completed my assessment and have found you compliant in all sections of the assessment. The documentation you provided demonstrated a good commitment to health and safety within your company.” CHAS Assessor
“The assessment of your SAFEcontractor application has now been completed, and we are pleased to confirm your accreditation to SAFEcontractor. Congratulations on achieving this award.”

County Tree Surgeons are now settling into their new offices. Having outgrown our past two sites we had a manic Christmas break moving offices, ensuring works weren’t affected.
Our team have spent the last three months developing the offices in the 3 and a half acre site which will boast state of the art office, IT, communications, training and recycling facilities. Further plans are afoot for the development of ecological habitats in the woodland and outdoor training areas.
It has been a nostalgic time for Managing Director Brian Farrow as the new site used to be occupied by Southern Tree Surgeons, where Brian started his arboricultural career in the early seventies. Brian said “We have worked tirelessly to achieve what we have, having been awarded many certifications such as Arboricultutal Association Approved Contractor status, ISO9001, ISO14001, CHAS, Safecontractor and National Highways Sector Scheme 18. Our new premises will allow us to grow into it rather than grow out of it too quickly”.

County Tree Surgeons Ltd awarded with the National Highways Sector Scheme NHSS18 – Environment and Landscape Including Ecology and ISO14001:2008 via ISOQAR. We also were audited for and retained our SafeContractor and CHAS Accreditations for our commitment to Health & Safety.
